Brian D. Agliano
Brian D. Agliano received his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Florida. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2001 from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Following law school, Mr. Agliano practiced with two different plaintiff firms in Tampa where he specialized in the areas of general liability, premise liability and medical malpractice.
In 2004, Mr. Agliano joined a medical malpractice firm in Tampa specializing in the defense of healthcare providers, healthcare facilities and healthcare entities in medical malpractice litigation and in claims brought by the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Board of Medicine.
In 2023, Mr. Agliano co-founded Batteese Agliano & Gale, PLLC to further his professional career of defending healthcare providers, healthcare facilities and healthcare entities. Throughout Mr. Agliano’s career, he has participated in multiple medical malpractice trials and obtained defense verdicts throughout the state.
In 2014, Mr. Agliano was selected as a top-rated attorney practicing in the Tampa, Florida area as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star. As a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star, Mr. Agliano was recognized by his peers for his outstanding work and commitment to the spirit of the legal profession Mr. Agliano continues to be recognized by Super Lawyers for his knowledge of the law, professional work ethic and advocacy on behalf of his clients.
