Tyler E. Batteese was formerly a shareholder in an insurance defense firm for over 20 years before co-founding Batteese Agliano & Gale, PLLC. Mr. Batteese attended Boston University where he was a founding member of the B.U. local chapter of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He also attended the University of Maine where he was awarded a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy, Magna Cum Laude, in 1992. Mr. Batteese attended the University of Miami School of Law where he was an accomplished moot court participant, member of the Law Review, and was awarded his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, in 1995.

In his free time, he enjoys cheering for Tampa Bay’s sports teams and spending time with his family. As all of his children attend the University of Florida, Mr. Batteese has become an ardent Florida Gator fan.

Mr. Batteese is currently a practicing trial attorney and co-founder of Batteese Agliano & Gale, PLLC. He specializes in the areas of medical malpractice defense as well as general civil litigation. He has been included in the top 1% of medical malpractice trial attorneys in the state of Florida.
